  • Chicken: you can use breast or tenders.

  • Eggs: The eggs are the binding ingredient. They help the chips stick to the chicken. 

  • BBQ chips: This gives the nuggets a BBQ flavor. Alternatively, you can use any flavor of chips.

How to Make 3 Ingredient Chicken Nuggets

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400F.

  2. Pop the BBQ potato chips into a food processor and pulse for 10 seconds until it forms into crumbs. Alternatively, you can also put the chips into a large Ziplock bag and roll with a rolling pin. Place them in a bowl.

  3. Place the 2 eggs in another small bowl.

  4. Cube the chicken into bite-size nuggets.

  5. To begin assembly of the chicken nuggets, dip each chicken piece into the whisked eggs, then the crumbled potato chips. Ensure even coating on all sides. You may want to press the crumbs on the chicken to make sure it adheres to the chicken bites.

  6. Arrange each chicken nugget into the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
