I’ll teach you how to create 30 minute healthy meals, stock your pantry, and how certain ingredients nourish your body.
My recipes are always whole food based with allergen friendly options (think dairy free, gluten free, soy free). My goal is for you to feel confident cooking in the kitchen, using what you have! Cooking should be fun, stress free and a way to express creativity. I urge you to stay childlike when cooking. Remember, there are no rules!

I know you're busy, that's why I teach you how to make easy and simple healthy recipes in 30 minutes, with just 10 ingredients or less.
After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, I jumped into the corporate world working as a project manager. I didn't feel fulfilled so I went back to study Nutritional Therapy.
In 2017, I got an opportunity to pursue my dream of working in the food space with professional athletes. I moved to Indianapolis, Indiana and spent 3 years as a private chef for a few of the Indiana Pacers.
In 2019 I was hit by a car while I was biking on the beach. It was a spiritual awakening in the fact that it changed everything for me. My life's mission is to bring simple, realistic and healthy meals to any novice cook in the kitchen! My style of teaching is relatable, upbeat, easy to understand & educational.
